One of our most remarkable customization journeys began when a client approached SYNTHATCH with a sample of natural palm thatch. The challenge was daunting: replicate every detail of nature’s complexity.

After two months of intensive R&D, our engineers successfully carved realistic textures. Yet the client found the surface too reflective. Determined to perfect the product, we collaborated with a university team, spending another three months to solve the gloss issue.
Still, the client wanted greater authenticity. Our workshop masters experimented for two more months, adjusting pigments and finishes until they created the subtle speckled patterns found in real palm leaves.
