Material introduction
HDPE (High Density polyethylene)
HDPE is the base material used in most of our products. HDPE contains a high-density crystalline part formed by the regular arrangement of multiple PE molecular chains, which can provide sufficient strength and weather resistance of the material. HDPE also contains partially disordered molecular chains, which also brings enough toughness to it. As a result, it has the same life span as a floating ball in the ocean, and at the same time, it is also very environmentally friendly and supports 100% recycling.
PA (Nylon/polyamide)
PA is a material specifically used in straw, model PA6. PA6 is polymerized from caprolactam. Due to the existence of amide bonds in the molecular chain, hydrogen bonds are formed between amide bonds, and the molecular chain crystallization is also induced. Therefore, PA6 is mostly used as an engineering plastic, which has very high strength and weather resistance. When used in our products, it can greatly improve the service life and let customers worry. PA6 is also non-toxic and environmentally friendly, supporting 100% recyclability.
